Role Senior Specialist IT Support responsible for delivering and maintaining high-quality IT services for US operations in a biopharma context. Responsibilities manage end-user support administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments support local infrastructure assist with Veeva & ERP systems Ensure security, compliance, and optimal collaboration tools contribute to IT projects support IT infrastructure and security measures Requirements Bachelor's in IT or related field proven experience in systems administration, end-user support, preferably in regulated biotech, pharma, or life sciences environments strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Defender, SharePoint, Teams understanding of security principles and endpoint management experience supporting US regional teams is preferred High Value biotech/pharma industry, regulated environment, Microsoft cloud platforms, IT security, collaboration tools, support for Veeva and ERP systems.
