Sanitation Supervisor
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania $65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus + 2nd or 3rd Shift + Training + Career Progression + 401k + PTO & Holiday + More Are you a proactive leader with a passion for food safety, operational excellence, and team development? In this position you will lead, develop and motivate a team of sanitation professionals, ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and directly contribute to the safe production of high-quality food products. You will execute daily sanitation schedules, maintain the master sanitation schedule, SSOP's, LOTO, and OSHA standards. You'll troubleshoot issues, oversee inventory and work cross functionally with a range of teams. This leadership role will suit someone from a food, beverage or pharmaceutical background, open to working 2nd or 3rd shift with upward career progression and development. The Position:- Lead, develop and motivate a team of sanitation professionals, ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Execute daily sanitation schedules, maintain the master sanitation schedule, SSOP's, LOTO, and OSHA standards
- Troubleshoot issues, oversee inventory and work cross functionally with a range of teams
- 2nd or 3rd shift options with full company package, career progression and training opportunities
- Sanitation leader from a food, beverage or pharmaceutical environment
- Hands on ability to effectively sanitize facility equipment
- Willing to work either 2nd or 3rd shift
