Project Manager

As a leader in autonomous vehicle solutions for industry and aviation, TractEasy is successfully and rapidly expanding its footprint across the globe. To support this growth and elevate our operational excellence in North America, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Leader to head our project management function in either our Denver or Chicago office. In this strategic role, you will both lead projects as well as oversee the full portfolio of autonomous vehicle deployment projects across the region and lead a team of Project Managers. You will ensure that projects are delivered with consistency, quality, and scalability while shaping the frameworks, processes, and governance that enable TractEasy to operate at global scale. You will collaborate closely with leadership, product, business development and customer-facing teams to translate business objectives into actionable delivery strategies. Activities In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous vehicle deployment projects across North America (planning, execution, rollout, and optimization) Oversee the full portfolio of autonomous vehicle deployment projects across the region Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers across the region Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project challenges and strategic decision-making Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales, customer success) to ensure aligned execution Define, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes and project frameworks Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, partners, and internal leadership Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high quality standards Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes Support commercial initiatives by aligning project delivery with customer needs and sales objectives Contribute to scaling TractEasy's operations by standardizing best practices and enabling repeatable deployments We’re building the future: You’ll be working on cutting-edge technology, driving the future of autonomous vehicle solutions in industry and aviation as the market leader Great team: You’ll be working with a international and highly motivated team of experts - building a career while learning from the best with a great culture, regular team-events, learning and development activities Our customers: We work with major international industry leaders that are trusting TractEasy's solutions Broad network: Strong international network with TractEasy / TLD / EasyMile offices in major locations around the world Location: Modern office located in Denver or Chicago Contract: Standard contract with standard benefits, medical insurance, working hours and vacation days Your Profile There is no typical profile at TractEasy - we value diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Requirements 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or related roles in fast-paced, tech-driven environments Proven experience leading teams, coordinating project managers and managing complex, cross-functional project portfolios Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning technical and business teams Experience implementing scalable processes and operational best practices in growing organizations Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured, hands-on approach Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in dynamic, high-growth environments Familiarity with autonomous mobility, robotics, aviation, or industrial environments is a strong advantage Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders Strong sense of people leadership and being a culture carrier Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environments Able to work independently, self-starter with strong capability to interact and work in a multinational environment Language Skills Strong communication skills in English (any other language is a plus), both written and verbal About TractEasy Built by TLD, powered by EasyMile driverless technology.
