We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Client Services Manager  opportunity with a community bank providing relationship-driven banking solutions to individuals, professionals, and small-to-medium-sized businesses throughout Southern California. The bank is known for combining the personalized service of a community bank with modern banking technology and local decision-making.

The Client Services Manager  is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Manage the staff and operations area of a full-service branch office (note: this is not a Branch Manager position).
• Oversee branch operations, customer service, new accounts, and account servicing while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to branch staff.
• Supervise the daily operations of the branch and act as the primary supervisor for branch personnel.
• Supervise two (2) staff members.
• (There are no sales goals associated with this role.)

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience managing a small staff and the daily operations of a bank branch.
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience overseeing a Bank Branch: operational functions, customer service and small staff is preferred.

Pay Rate Range:  $70,304 - $80,080 per year ($33.80 - $38.50/hour)

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
