Accounting Manager

Salary: USD50 - USD60 per hour We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys leading a team, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced environment. Location: Montebello, CA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay: $50-$60/hour DOE Duration: Contract-to-Hire Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities Oversee general ledger accounting activities Manage month-end and year-end close processes Supervise and mentor a team of 2 GL Accountants Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance Partner with leadership to improve accounting processes and efficiencies Utilize accounting systems and technology to support business operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5-15 years of progressive accounting experience Strong general ledger and month/year-end close experience Prior supervisory or management experience required Manufacturing or related industry experience preferred Experience with Sage 100 is preferred Exposure to or experience using AI tools in a professional setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
