OFFICE MANAGER
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Office Manager for a company based in Ruther Glen, VA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support essential public services while playing a key role in keeping operations organized and running smoothly within a stable, community-focused environment that offers meaningful, long-term career growth.
Pay Rate
$18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization across all administrative functions.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with department standards.
- Provide administrative support to management, including preparing correspondence and reports.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and properly stocked.
Office Manager Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous administrative or office management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a professional office environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
