ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Administrative Manager for a company based in Ruther Glen, VA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to step into a key support position within a local government organization, gaining valuable experience while contributing to essential public service operations and potentially positioning yourself for long-term placement.
Pay Rate
$28.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.
Administrative Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department leadership and staff, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and serve as the first point of contact for customers and internal staff.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and office documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with data entry and reporting tasks.
- Deliver strong customer service while handling inquiries and resolving routine administrative issues.
Administrative Manager Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative support, receptionist, or office management roles.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities in a busy office environment.
- Administrative Manager-level experience is a plus for potential long-term placement consideration.
