We are seeking a Sales Account Manager eager to be successful in the staffing industry via account development and maintenance. WHAT WE OFFER * Base pay with uncapped monthly commissions * A generous PTO package, including a paid day off for your birthday * Medical, Dental, Vision * 401K * Gym allowance * Referral bonuses WHAT YOU WILL DO * Maintain a continuous plan of action to improve business goals * Actively participate in account development obtaining business from active and potential clients * Engage in high volume phone activity to develop solid relationship with clients and recruit behavior health professionals * Effectually manage multiple opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle. * Manage client expectations and negotiations * Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge or skill. Foster commitment and team spirit: encourage cooperation, pride, trust, and organizational identity. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL * Desire to work in an engaging environment * Minimum of 2-5 years of verifiable experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, or business development * Excellent time management, communication, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking skills * Ability to routinely meet operational objectives * Exceptional customer service and phone communication skills * Demonstrated ability as a self-motivated team player with excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills * Fully proficient in software applications including Excel and Word * Familiarity with Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social tools for communicating COMPANY OVERVIEW Delta-T Group is a nationwide provider of interim staffing referrals and workforce solutions within the K12 education, social service, behavioral health, substance abuse and disability fields.
