Boutique Coordinator - Operations & Inventory Control

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock & Inventory Coordinator to support the daily operations of our luxury boutique. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory while ensuring the highest standards of merchandise handling, stockroom organization, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering the level of precision expected in a luxury retail environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process all incoming luxury merchandise with exceptional attention to detail. Coordinate and execute merchandise transfers to and from boutiques, warehouses, and corporate partners. Verify all shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate inventory records through the company's inventory management system. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Organize and maintain a clean, secure, and efficient stockroom that reflects luxury retail standards. Prepare merchandise for client orders, transfers, and shipments while ensuring proper packaging and handling of fragile luxury products. Support visual merchandising and sales teams by replenishing merchandise promptly and maintaining product availability. Partner closely with Boutique Management to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Follow all company policies regarding inventory control, loss prevention, and stock management. Qualifications Previous experience in luxury retail, inventory control, stock operations, or warehouse management preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience using inventory management or POS systems. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Professional, dependable, and able to work independently. Ability to safely lift and move merchandise as required. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to supporting the boutique team.
