Senior Staff Accountant

Our client, a well-established global organization with a collaborative and team-oriented culture, is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with 2-4 years of experience who is looking to expand their responsibilities, gain exposure to international reporting, and build a long-term career within a stable and highly respected company. Key Responsibilities Prepare and record journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including account analyses and balance sheet reconciliations. Review financial transactions and support accounts payable and cash management activities. Prepare financial reports and reporting packages for corporate leadership and international stakeholders. Monitor cash activity, intercompany transactions, and various treasury-related accounting functions. Assist with compliance reporting, internal controls, and documentation processes. Support annual audits and work closely with external auditors to provide requested schedules and information. Participate in special projects, process improvements, and ongoing accounting initiatives across multiple business units. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-4 years of public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination of both. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Advanced Excel skills and experience working within an ERP system.
