Location: Des Plaines, IL (Hybrid - 4 days in office) Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 base salary plus bonus Benefits: Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc. Responsibilities Preparation of journal vouchers and reports for fixed asset, lease administration, and general ledger systems Provide support for the month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Provide support and transactional accounting for corporate/service company entities Prepare financial reports and analysis Support management with audits Qualifications Bachelor’s in Accounting CPA preferred 2+ years of real estate accounting experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
