About the Opportunity

We are seeking customer-focused professionals interested in building a career in IT and Technical Support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who wants to expand their technical knowledge through structured training and hands-on experience.

The role provides in-house technical training, along with real-time support from experienced peers and subject matter experts.

What You'll Do

• Provide first-line technical support through phone and live chat
• Assist internal customers with MS applications and proprietary systems
• Manage multiple live chats while maintaining service and quality standards
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Accurately document incidents and tickets for escalation to second-line support
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with global teams and technical subject-matter experts
• Consistently meet customer service, quality, and productivity targets

What We're Looking For

• Recent grads or people looking to go into IT
• Excellent customer care and communication skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
• Ability to consistently meet performance and quality goals
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments
