Position Overview

Lice Clinics of America – Midsouth is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Medical Technician to join our Oklahoma City clinic team.

Our technicians work directly with individuals and families to provide professional head checks, lice treatment services, education, and support in a comfortable and welcoming clinic environment. No previous lice-treatment experience is necessary—we provide paid, hands-on training to prepare you for the position.

This is a great opportunity for moms, nurses, medical assistants, healthcare professionals, or individuals who enjoy working directly with families and are looking for a flexible position with additional earning potential.

Schedule Requirements

Applicants should be available for:

• At least two weekends per month: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Evening shifts: 12:30 PM–8:30 PM
• Flexibility to accommodate clinic appointments and patient needs during scheduled shifts

Responsibilities

As a Medical Technician, responsibilities may include:

• Performing professional head checks using our established screening procedures
• Providing lice treatment services using Lice Clinics of America protocols and FDA Cleared equipment
• Educating clients and families about lice, treatment options, prevention, and aftercare
• Providing compassionate and professional care to children and adults
• Completing required client documentation and treatment records accurately
• Reviewing treatment recommendations and follow-up instructions with clients
• Processing client checkout and payments
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
• Cleaning and preparing treatment stations, equipment, and supplies between clients
• Maintaining appropriate inventory and notifying management when supplies are needed
• Following all company policies, treatment protocols, sanitation procedures, and safety standards
• Communicating professionally with clients, schedulers, technicians, and management
• Assisting with additional clinic responsibilities as needed

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed based on clinic operations and patient needs.

Healthcare or clinical experience is helpful but not required . Nurses, medical assistants, caregivers, moms returning to the workforce, and individuals with strong customer-service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
