A nonprofit organization in Washington, D.C. is looking for a Program Officer for the Young Women's Initiative. This role is designed to improve the outcomes of young women and girls of color by leading community engagement, developing advocacy strategies, and managing grants. The ideal individual will have a background in youth development and policy advocacy, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. A competitive salary and benefits package will be provided.
