Marketing Manager

LHH is partnering with a growing multi-location consumer services organization to identify a Contract to Hire Marketing Manager. We're looking for someone who can drive growth across 15 retail locations through Google Ads, Meta Ads, local marketing initiatives, and data-driven decision making. This person will own campaign performance, measure ROI, and help leadership understand how marketing impacts revenue, memberships, and profitability. What You'll Do Analyze marketing campaign performance and measure impact on revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, membership growth, and overall business performance. Track and optimize marketing ROI across Google Ads, Meta Ads, promotions, and local marketing initiatives. Develop reporting and dashboards that connect marketing activities to business outcomes. Make data-driven recommendations on budget allocation, campaign optimization, and growth opportunities. Evaluate customer acquisition costs, membership conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness. Travel to locations as needed to support launches, initiatives, and marketing programs Travel up to 25% (TX, GA, FL, VA) What We're Looking For 5+ years of marketing experience Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to connect marketing efforts directly to revenue, profitability, and customer growth. Experience measuring marketing ROI, customer acquisition costs, campaign attribution, and performance metrics. Demonstrated success using data to optimize marketing spend and improve business results. Ability to communicate marketing performance and recommendations to leadership. Experience supporting multi-location retail, consumer services, franchise, restaurant, hospitality, or similar environments Social media management and content development experience Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working in a growing organization where processes continue to evolve Nice to Have Experience in retail, automotive, quick-service restaurant (QSR), franchise, or consumer service industries Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Monday.com, or similar marketing tools Experience with local store marketing and community partnerships Why Consider This Opportunity?
