Front Desk & Wellness Support Specialist

This unique role combines front office responsibilities with client support and accountability, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing encouragement, and creating exceptional client experiences.
As a key member of our team, you'll help clients stay engaged and motivated throughout their wellness and weight loss journeys while ensuring our office operates smoothly and professionally.
This is a non-licensed wellness support role focused on client motivation, education, scheduling, accountability, and customer experiencenot medical diagnosis or treatment.

Front Desk Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and client inquiries
- Process payments, memberships, and retail transactions
- Maintain accurate client records and office documentation
- Assist with inventory management and retail product sales
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Support marketing initiatives, social media content, and promotions as needed
Wellness Support Responsibilities
- Provide encouragement, accountability, and motivational support to clients
- Guide clients through established wellness and weight loss programs
- Assist with progress tracking, measurements, and goal setting
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits, hydration, exercise, and consistency
- Conduct client follow-up and check-in communications
- Maintain accurate client notes and progress records
- Support red light therapy sessions and client experiences
- Help create a positive, encouraging, and results-focused environment

Work Locations
Training will take place in our New City office.
Primary work location will be our West Nyack office, with occasional coverage at other locations as needed.
Schedule
- Monday Thursday: 12:00 PM 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM
