The Role Support attorneys on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing matters Manage transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing Coordinate title, survey, entity, UCC, and other due diligence matters Prepare and organize closing documentation and transaction files Work closely with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel Develop hands‑on experience in commercial leasing alongside an established transactional real estate background The Ideal Candidate 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Able to manage multiple complex matters and competing deadlines Strong communication and client‑service skills Interest in expanding into commercial leasing Why Consider It?
