Lead Agile Business Analyst

Pay Range: $40 - $45 per Hour

Job Description:

• Strong handson experience in P&C Insurance
• Indepth knowledge of Policy Claims and Billing systems
• Experience working with core insurance platforms (e.g. Guidewire Duck Creek or similar Eligible to workional)
• Expertise in requirements elicitation documentation and validation
• Perform data analysis gap analysis and impact analysis for system changes
• Support reporting dashboards and integration requirements across upstream and downstream systems
• Ensure data accuracy integrity and alignment with business rules
• Ensure adherence to insurance regulations compliance standards and internal controls
• Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps MS Visio Excel SQL (basic)
• Exposure to integrations APIs and data flows is a plus
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Insurance certifications or domain training in P&C is a plus
