$100,000+ Base Salary + Quarterly Profit Sharing Some project management roles are about keeping projects moving. This one is about delivering some of the Midwest's most complex structural steel projects. For over 20 years, our client has built a reputation as a leading AISC-certified structural steel fabricator, delivering projects across healthcare, commercial, industrial, retail and institutional sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add a Project Manager to their expanding team. What You'll Be Doing Manage structural steel projects from award through completion. Coordinate detailing, fabrication, scheduling and delivery. Work closely with contractors, erectors and shop teams. Manage budgets, change orders and project billings. Visit jobsites and support field operations. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. What We're Looking For 3–10 years of Project Management or Engineering experience. Structural steel fabrication or construction experience. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Able to read construction drawings and contract documents. Experience with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software. Happy to travel locally to project sites when required. Why Join?
