We are adding Listing Specialists across the state who have the drive to be dynamic in their respective areas. This role is for experienced licensed agents who want to build a listing-side business, get more listings, receive top commissions, close more deals, and earn their way to becoming the #1 earners in Georgia. The broker/coach has done it himself and will guide you to make this happen for yourself. There is no physical office to report to, no floor time, and no agent recruiting requirement. If your goal is to represent sellers, close more listings, and be the BestProAgent in your area, this is worth a conversation.

Compensation
Paid 100% by commission. There is no base salary, no hourly wage, and no draw. Earnings depend entirely on the transactions you close and the commission plan you select.

Georgia real estate commissions are typically a percentage of the sale price, split per the plan you choose at onboarding. The 6 commission plan options are reviewed in detail during the interview so you can select the structure that fits your production level after being invited to join by the broker. All agents must meet our minimum criteria to be accepted into the brokerage at the time of interview.

What you will be doing

• Meeting with homeowners to conduct listing presentations and price consultations to show the advantages of a homeowner listing with a BestProAgent.

• Preparing comparative market analyses (CMAs) and positioning strategy for each property.

• Listing, marketing, and managing residential properties through Georgia MLS and in your local area.

• Negotiating offers and guiding sellers from contract to the closing table with the assistance of our complimentary closing coordinator.

• Building and developing your own seller pipeline using the CRM, IDX site, mobile app, and AI tools we provide, so you will never need to pay referral fees. All these systems are included.

• Maintaining consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction to receive 5-star reviews.
