Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Actively participating in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development process, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members.
\n
• Monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of implemented services, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

• Providing essential support and guidance to families, helping them navigate resources and foster practices that benefit their child's growth.

• Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations and best practices in early intervention.

• Building rapport with children, their families, and fellow team members to cultivate a nurturing and supportive environment conducive to learning and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a vulnerable patient population consisting of infants and toddlers with diverse mental health needs, disabilities, and developmental delays. You will work closely with families, providing them with the skills and resources needed to support their child's development effectively. Each interaction is centered on respecting the family’s unique context, empowering them with tools and strategies for fostering growth in a natural learning environment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate potential requirements for home visits.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in adapting therapeutic approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles in early intervention settings.

• Solid understanding of Natural Learning Environment Practices, ensuring that interventions align with the way children learn naturally.

Preferred Experience\n

We prioritize candidates who have at least two years of direct experience working with children in early intervention programs. Familiarity with interdisciplinary teamwork, familiarity with the IFSP process, and effective communication skills with both children and parents are highly valuable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 80,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
