Overview Master Builder | Full-Time | Cambridge, ON Position eligible for a $500 signing bonus and seasonal contract ending summer 2026. Role As a Master Builder, you will report to the Regional Lead and work within Walmart stores building seasonal display items such as patio furniture, BBQs, swings, lawn mowers, bicycles, etc. You will arrive in store ready to build, assemble products, and ensure the sales floor is merchandised per client requirements. Health and Safety policies will be followed to meet or exceed quality measures. Responsibilities Responsibilities include building seasonal display items, conducting safety inspections, performing repairs and adjustments as needed, and maintaining product safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience using hand and/or power tools to build or repair bicycles and seasonal products. Working knowledge of mechanics/assembly and ability to build products that are safe and durable. Comprehension of technical directions to properly assemble product displays. Ability to conduct regular safety inspections and perform repairs or adjustments for customer‑owned products when required. Thrives while working alone, often unsupervised. Comfortable using mobile devices and apps to communicate, submit end‑of‑day reports, and conduct safety checklists. Physical Job Requirements Comfortable lifting and moving 30-50 pounds regularly. Comfortable standing, walking, crouching or kneeling for extensive periods. Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel within designated region (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph).
