AUTO OFFICE Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Full Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a background in Accounting and has strong communication skills. Dealership experience preferred.

  Post invoices

  Reconcile statements



• 
  

  Disburse checks



• 
  

  Balance statements and finalize data



• 
  

  Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system



• 
  

  Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks

Qualifications

• 
  

  Experience using a dealership management system (CDK) 



• 
  

  Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve



• 
  

  Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team



• 
  

  Accounting degree (preferred, not required)



• 
  

  Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership



• Dealer Trade experience


• Microsoft experience
