Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Prospect and scale a regional book of business and develop trusted client relationships.
• Customized Solutions: Deliver tailored recommendations in finance and wealth management including investment strategies retirement planning insurance planning fee-based financial plans and wealth management services.
• Financial Planning & Wealth Management: Analyze client assets liabilities and risk metrics to draft custom long-term wealth strategies.
• Portfolio & Asset Optimization: Advise clients on investments retirement accounts mutual funds and asset allocation strategies.
• Risk Mitigation: Structure tailored life insurance disability income and long-term care solutions for local families and business owners.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture trusted client relationships through detailed needs assessments. Identifying financial priorities objectives and risk profiles through detailed needs assessments.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Bachelors degree is preferred or experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.

• Ability to scale a book of business network and a proven track record in sales with motivation to succeed.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Bonus Points:

• Licensing Preferred Bonus: Active FINRA Series 7 Series 66 (or 65) SIE and/or State Life Accident & Health Insurance licenses are great to have but not required as we sponsor qualified candidates.
• Experience: Proven track record in high-ticket sales banking insurance relationship business development portfolio management.
