We operate with absolute transparency, trust, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.We are growing rapidly and looking for a strong, autonomous Regional Operations Manager (AM) who doesn't wait for perfect direction, but instead steps in to identify issues, align resources, and drive action for their doctors and clinical teams.Purpose of the RoleThe Regional Operations Manager is the critical connector, translator, and operator between our clinics and the Solutions Center. This role doesn’t exist to micromanage from a computer screen; it exists to help our doctors and teams succeed. You will implement the operational infrastructure that allows clinics to perform consistently, creating visibility and developing practice leaders before operational problems become crises.Core Responsibilities & PillarsOperational Leadership: Maintain a pulse on clinic performance, staffing, morale, and operational risks. You will get into clinics early and often, identifying trends and moving issues quickly toward resolution.Leadership Development: Develop Practice Managers into strong operational leaders. Your job is not to personally fix everything, but to coach teams through accountability and execution—building capability instead of dependency.Doctor Partnership: Build deep trust and credibility with our doctors. You will ensure they feel supported, heard, and informed, removing operational barriers so they can focus entirely on patient care.KPI Accountability: Use performance data to drive meaningful conversations, understand the root drivers of performance (not just the outcomes), and ensure clinics are focused on the right priorities.Solutions Center Partnership: Act as the bridge between the field and support teams. Escalate issues early and clearly, ensuring the right teams are solving the right problems to drive company initiatives forward.What "Great" Looks Like in This RoleThe best Regional Managers make the role their own and leave every clinic stronger than they found it. You are a great fit if you can seamlessly balance relationships (to create trust) with data (to create clarity), and can communicate clearly at any given moment:Which clinics are winning, which are at risk, and why.Which leaders need development, and which are ready for the next step.What operational issues or KPIs are moving and what is driving them.What to Avoid: If you prefer managing from a distance, relying solely on email communications, or waiting for perfect instruction before taking action, this is not the role for you.Qualifications3+ years of multi-unit operations management experience (Dental, Orthodontic, or healthcare hospitality preferred).Proactive Ownership: A proven track record of showing initiative and ownership of a region, learning a business deeply, and driving action without a micromanaging leader.Data Literacy: Ability to look past the surface numbers to understand operational drivers and apply analytics to process improvement.Strong Communication & Presence: Exceptional face-to-face relationship-building skills with both administrative staff and doctors.Travel: Ability to travel 60% – 70% of the time to be present in your clinics within the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.Benefits & CultureWe promote a healthy work-life balance and provide a supportive environment built on mutual respect and leadership development.
