Our client, a leader in cybersecurity and innovative technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated AI Prompt Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an AI Prompt Engineer, you will be part of the Attack Surface Intelligence (ASI) team supporting cybersecurity operations and research initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for advancing cybersecurity through AI-driven solutions.

Location: Charlotte, NC or Chandler, AZ

What's the Job?

• Design, test, and optimize AI prompts for cybersecurity use cases to enhance security analysis and vulnerability validation.
• Develop AI harnesses and evaluation frameworks to ensure prompt effectiveness and accuracy in operational environments.
• Research and implement AI-driven solutions for vulnerability discovery, attack surface management, and defensive security operations.
• Create workflows leveraging AI to analyze security data from SAST, DAST, WAF, and attack surface assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to automate analysis processes and reduce manual effort, improving efficiency and accuracy.

What's Needed?

• Experience in AI prompting for cybersecurity defense and attack surface analysis.
• Knowledge of WAF testing, perimeter scanning, and cybersecurity data analysis.
• Proficiency in developing AI harnesses and working with enterprise security tooling.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and validation techniques to minimize false positives.
• Strong research skills to stay updated on emerging AI technologies and cybersecurity trends.
