Call Center Customer Service Representatives
Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking dedicated and motivated Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join their team. As a vital part of the Customer Support Department, you will support customers with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong desire to assist others, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to outstanding service and inclusivity.
Location: Reading, PA
Pay Range: $17
Shift: 8am to 6pm, Sunday through Saturday
What's the Job?
- Receiving inbound calls and creating notifications for customers
- Performing account maintenance and inputting data accurately
- Documenting customer notes on accounts to ensure clear communication
- Handling outage and emergency calls within company and regulatory guidelines
- Utilizing independent analysis and judgment to resolve customer concerns effectively
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass company approved CSR test before completing the temp to hire assignment
- Strong customer service experience preferred
- Ability to sit at a desk and be on the phone for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills, including good grammar, tone of voice, and diction
