Job Description

Symons Garage Door Group is hiring a customer-focused Office Administrator to keep our front office running. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and handle orders, invoicing, and inventory in QuickBooks Online, plus monitor and create orders from our Now Commerce customer portal.

 

What You'll Do

• Be the customer-facing point of contact (calls, emails, in person).

• Process customer orders and create invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

• Manage inventory records and track stock levels in QBO.

• Monitor the Now Commerce portal and create orders from it.

• Keep records accurate and support general office operations.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of full-time experience with a consistent work history.

• Strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail.

• QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience preferred; Now Commerce a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent; must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Pay & Benefits

• $18.50–$21.50 per hour, depending on experience.

• Health insurance, PTO and paid holidays, 401(k), and bonus potential.
