Homeless Shelter Case Manager - Help Clients Secure Housing

Project Renewal

Project Renewal in New York City seeks a dedicated Case Manager to support individuals in our Homeless Shelters across the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. You will perform intake, assess needs, develop ILPs, and coordinate housing and entitlements, working closely with clinical staff. The role requires a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field, 1–2 years experience with homeless populations, strong communication, and computer proficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr Project Renewal
