Escrow Assistant

Perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process Open orders and input closing statement information Prepare documents for closing Handle complete disbursement and follow-up of escrow transactions Communicate requirements and other information to clients Interpret agreements as they relate to closing Prepare all documents required for transactions Provide customer service and administrative support to the Escrow department Support a team or partner with an escrow officer, primarily for residential transactions Requirements Customer service skills Problem solving skills Strong organizational skills Knowledge of MS Office suite Proficient Excel skills Excellent verbal/written communication skills Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times Strong detail orientation Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems Complex problem solving skills High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years experience in an escrow related role Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing escrow transactions, including document preparation, client communication, and administrative support.
