Position Overview
As a Patient Care Coordinator , you'll serve as a key point of contact between patients and our clinical team. You'll help patients understand recommended treatment, answer questions regarding finances and insurance, and ensure they feel informed and comfortable throughout their care journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Review treatment recommendations with patients in a clear and professional manner.
- Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment solutions.
- Coordinate communication between patients and providers.
- Schedule appointments and assist with treatment acceptance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support at every stage of the patient experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in dental, healthcare, patient coordination, or financial services preferred but not required.
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs and payment options.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Schedule
- Monday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Tuesday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
