Hospice- director of business development

Job Description

The Hospice Director of Business Development plays a vital role in expanding the organization's reach and impact within the healthcare community. This position is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance client acquisition and foster strong partnerships, ultimately supporting the mission of delivering compassionate hospice care.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning efforts to identify growth opportunities in the hospice market
Develop and maintain key partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations
Conduct market analysis to inform business development strategies
Drive client acquisition initiatives to increase hospice service referrals
Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales and business development team
Manage sales processes and oversee contract negotiations
Build and sustain a strong professional network to promote hospice services
Oversee budgeting related to business development activities
Manage brand positioning and marketing efforts to enhance visibility

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or hospice settings
