Job Description

• Craft Personalized Rehabilitation Plans: Assess individual patient needs and devise tailored therapy strategies that help them achieve their personal functional goals.
• Implement Effective Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor function, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and integrative care.
• Guide Patients and Family Members: Provide education and strategies to patients and caregivers to facilitate continued progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Track and Adapt Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes diligently and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring each patient remains on their pathway to success.

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Opportunities for continuing education and professional certifications eagerly supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
