Operations Coordinator
Our client, a leading organization in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Production. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay Range: $24/hr - $26/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
What's the Job?
- Order Management & Procurement: Accurately input and manage sales and purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Vendor Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve discrepancies regarding pricing or quality.
- Logistics & Shipping: Manage outbound and inbound shipments, including domestic and international freight.
- Documentation: Prepare and review shipping documents to ensure compliance with customs and regulations.
- Inventory & Warehouse Operations: Monitor stock levels, oversee warehouse receiving processes, and identify workflow improvements.
What's Needed?
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/WMS software.
- Strong multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
