Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, various treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote informed decision-making.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies based on behavioral assessments, ensuring continuous improvement and support.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and training sessions to stay informed about recent advancements in mood disorder research.

• Advocate for clients within the mental health system, working to reduce stigma and enhance understanding of mental health issues.

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
