Media Manager

Role Description

We are looking for an ambitious Media Manager for full-time employment for our client, a growing and high-impact iGaming company. This is a great remote opportunity to join a brand that is making a strong mark in its industry and is entering an exciting new phase of development.

In this role, you will turn account infrastructure and ad campaigns into a real performance engine. If you live and breathe traffic, proxies, and antidetects - this job is for you.

Responsibilities

• Creating, verifying, and carefully warming up accounts according to the regulations on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, YouTube, and Telegram;
• Purchasing and setting up advertising accounts;
• Configuring and launching ad campaigns;
• Working with UGC/AI content to boost campaign performance;
• Maintaining detailed reports on all accounts and campaigns (spreadsheets, KPIs);
• Restoring and unblocking accounts, minimizing ban risks;
• Working with antidetect browsers and proxies;
• Monitoring and maintaining account activity, warming up and simulating user behavior;
• Optimizing and scaling traffic for GEO-targeted projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in farming and running ad campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, YouTube, Telegram, and other ad platforms;
• Understanding of platform mechanics, algorithms, and limitations;
• Experience working with proxies and antidetect browsers (e.g., AdsPower, Dolphin, etc.);
• Skills in purchasing and manually creating accounts;
• Experience in account recovery and unblocking;
• Understanding of KPIs and ability to handle large traffic volumes;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and a systematic approach;
• Motivation to earn and grow within the team;
• Proven cases of successful work with farming and ad campaigns (mandatory).
