As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Key responsibilities will include: Serving as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Providing timely and accurate information to clients regarding their accounts, our services, and general queries. Resolving client issues promptly and escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Maintaining and updating client records with precision in our company's CRM system. Assisting financial advisors with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations for client meetings. Supporting the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new clients. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality client service delivery. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for client service and a keen eye for detail. The ideal qualifications include: Proven experience in a client support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within the financial services or consulting industry. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and personable demeanour. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
