Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ER patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, triage, and respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document care in the patient record; ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while applying critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.
- Communicate clearly with patients and families; participate in handoffs, care planning, and quality improvement activities.

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- ER nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced ER environment
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
