Front Office Assistant – Temporary Assignment

Location:Rehaboth Beach, DE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $17/hour
Assignment Length: Approximately 1–2 months
Start Date: ASAP, pending background check

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Front Office Assistant to support a well-established global organization in the medical industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a team that makes a difference.

What You’ll Do

Greet patients and provide a welcoming front-office experience
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general questions
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Verify insurance information
Collect and process patient payments
Enter and update information accurately in computer systems
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused
Previous administrative, front desk, or medical office experience is helpful

A background check is required. Candidates must be available to start promptly once cleared.
