Part-Time Office Clerk

We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Clerk to assist with daily administrative, clerical tasks, and customer service. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, comfortable using computers, and able to work independently while supporting the needs of the office and sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls and respond to routine inquiries.
• Greet visitors and provide general assistance.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• File, organize, and retrieve documents and paperwork.
• Prepare, scan, copy, and distribute documents.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Enter and update information in computer systems.
• Assist with basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
• Provide general administrative support to staff and management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous office or administrative experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Able to work weekends (no nights).
