Title: EDI Analyst

Location: Deerfield, IL
Duration: 4 Months (Temp. to Perm., based on performance)

This will be onsite at Deerfield, IL. 5 days a week for initial training, expectation 3-6 weeks depending on how fast the person ramps up, once training has been completed then it will move to a Hybrid model of 3 days a week onsite, 2 days a week remote
Work Schedule: Normal Business hours Monday - Friday

Description :
Responsible for working on a cross-functional team to support the development, testing, and deployment of our new revenue management system. The Senior EDI Analyst will also lead/support key initiatives, customer onboarding and identify key process improvements and deploy solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.

• Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives
• Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
• Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to Client privacy and security policies.
• Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects, and liaising with key stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of healthcard data exchange and compliance with regulations such as DSCSA, HIPAA, and GS1 and EDI languages such as: ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards, such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML
• Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools
