Production Supervisor (Night Shift) (Multiple Openings)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Production Supervisor for night shift manufacturing operations at its Anasco, Puerto Rico facility. The role involves directing production personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing productivity in a vision care medical device manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate hourly manufacturing personnel activities to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Monitor production processes and ensure costs, yields, and service levels meet business goals
- Conduct weekly GMP compliance audits within assigned production areas
- Support employee goal-setting, performance monitoring, and continuous developmental feedback
- Coordinate with plant management, engineering, quality, and maintenance to meet production requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of related manufacturing work experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English (read, speak, write)
- FDA regulations knowledge
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Proficiency with email, word processing, and spreadsheet software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
