Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' circumstances and design personalized therapy strategies to guide them in meeting their functional aspirations

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-driven interventions to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks

Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care

Educate Patients and Families: Provide training to patients and their families on effective therapy methods to ensure continuous progress at home

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on track toward their goals

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
