Application System Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• This person will manage incidents, events, problems, changes, and production releases associated with the SailPoint IIQ which is a “Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) System” in coordination with managed service provider resources. This person will work with the MSP to manage any issues and will communicate with business owners to understand, prioritize, and document their requirements.
• This person will report to the Manager, IT and will be responsible for the implementation and upkeep of SailPoint IIQ IGA application and SOX Compliance impacts associated.
• Provide advice to the EWS Support Team and EWS Business Partners throughout the SOX process to continually enhance internal controls (20%)
• For operations and application maintenance and support: plan and lead IT activities required to manage service level agreements. Track ENP tickets associated with the SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration System (IGA) application
• Provide analysis and support to leadership for the SOX Compliance Program including ongoing reporting of performance improvements, organizational initiatives and compliance related communications associated with the Non-NERC side of IGA
• Contribute to the documentation and evaluation of control deficiencies
