Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,541–$2,767 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 Night shifts Start date: 09/07/2026 Setting: Large, high-acuity emergency care unit with 118 beds Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency/acute care setting for mixed acuity patients, including stabilization and ongoing monitoring. Perform comprehensive assessments, interpret findings, and respond rapidly to clinical changes; initiate appropriate interventions. Administer medications, assist with procedures, manage airway/ventilation, and support resuscitation efforts as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for behavioral health and boarding patients, ensuring patient safety and timely disposition. Maintain clear, accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members about care plans and next steps. Requirements Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience, post-orientation. Advanced Certifications: BLS, ACLS. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-acuity environment and manage complex and unstable patients. Willingness to work 3x12 night shifts; flexibility to adapt to the unit’s pace and patient needs. On onboarding, provide documentation including an agency Massachusetts staffing license and upload of professional liability insurance to MYCOI. Location restriction: must be outside a 90-mile radius from the facility.
