The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, possess a high attention to detail, and truly enjoy providing superior service to external and internal customers. Key Responsibilities:Prepare bi-weekly payroll to include accurate time sheet review and entry of data into the payroll systemMaintain timely, complete, and accurate records in HRIS system, QuickBooks, and proprietary softwareResponsible for company wide absence tracking and reportingPerform administrative processing of new hires, employee changes, and terminationsMaintain the administration of the electronic time keeping system, including set up of new employees and assistance with employee questionsMonitors employee eligibility of benefit plans and assists employees with enrollments, changes, or termination from plansReviews benefit billing for accuracy and performs monthly reconciliationsPerform administrative tasks accurately to include data entry, filing, maintaining records, and running reportsFulfill other clerical and administrative duties, as neededQualifications:2+ years of payroll experience, preferably for 50+ employeesKnowledge of recent versions of QuickBooks preferredOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProficient computer skills, with the ability to learn new softwareExperience with Paycor is desiredBenefits Offered:Health, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceShort Term and Long-Term Disability401(k)Paid holidaysPaid time offA background check will be conducted prior to hire date.
