Relationship Manager - Wealth Management Division Location: Salina, KS | Employment Type: Full-Time/In-Office/No hybrid | Reports to: Managing Partner About the Role FirstHarvest Wealth Management Group is looking for a Relationship Manager to serve as the heartbeat of our client experience - the primary point of contact who makes every interaction feel personal and every touchpoint a reason clients stay with us for decades. While our Wealth Managers focus on wealth strategy, you'll own the relationship infrastructure that keeps things alive and deepening between meetings: proactive outreach, flawless service, and the systems that make clients feel truly known. What You'll Own Client Relationship Management - primary point of contact for assigned clients; structured outreach with consistent communication; own service requests start to finish. Wealth Advisor Support - build meeting prep packages, run post-meeting follow-up, manage the advisor's calendar and review cycle Business Development & Retention - high-touch service for top-tier clients, prospect nurturing, and referral-partner relationships Operations & Platform Coordination - keep client records accurate across our CRM, planning, and custodial platforms What We're Looking For Experience in a client-facing role within wealth management, financial services, or similar Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, able to juggle multiple relationships and deadlines Comfortable across CRM, planning, and custodial platforms Genuine passion for client service & teamwork, with sound judgment around sensitive information What We Offer Compensation range, benefits, PTO, with growth opportunities.
