Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather relevant information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy to provide individual, family, and group counseling.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline goals and strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other school personnel to ensure integrated and coordinated care for each student.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at promoting mental wellness and resilience in students.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services when urgent situations arise, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and accountability in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who may face a variety of challenges, including but not limited to academic pressure, bullying, family dynamics, and mental health disorders. A keen understanding of developmental stages, educational systems, and youth culture will be essential in effectively supporting this demographic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building relationships with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require at least one year of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, we highly value candidates with two or more years of experience, particularly those who have worked in school environments or with youth mental health issues. Additional certifications in specialty areas, such as trauma-informed care or school social work, are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 60,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
