- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for a variety of clinical positions.
- Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and career goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive healthcare candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive, responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities, including collecting required documentation and assisting with compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Previous healthcare recruiting experience OR a nursing background with a desire to transition into recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence and enthusiasm for engaging with candidates by phone throughout the day.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
