Manufacturing Recruiter

Job Title: Contract Manufacturing Recruiter Location: HYBRID in Cleveland, Ohio Employment Type: Contract with potential for long-term or permanent placement Job Description: Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles, including production operators, skilled trades, and frontline leaders. Build genuine relationships with candidates and collaborate directly with hiring managers. Utilize various sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS. Maintain organized tracking of activities and requisitions. Qualifications: At least 2+ years of manufacturing recruiting experience (contract or perm). Experience onsite at a large manufacturing plant or facility is a bonus. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and skilled trades professionals. Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously. Clear communication without corporate jargon. Experience with job fairs and campus recruiting is preferred.
